Please find below an explanation of how to register a group of delegates for the 20th World Diabetes Congress. Please read it carefully: it has been written to assist in the registration process and guarantee the satisfaction of your delegates.

  • Step 1 - Details of the group contact person and group application.
    In your function as group contact person you are asked to provide your details, to indicate the number of registrations required and the method of payment.
  • Step 2 – Invoice and payment.
    Following your application for group registration, you will receive an invoice corresponding to the number of individual registrations applied for.
  • Step 3 – Entering the group participants details.
    On receipt of payment you will receive by e-mail a login and password. This login and password will provide you with access to the group account where you can enter and edit group participant details according to the number of registrations paid for. Required fields are title, first name, initials, last name, city and country of residents and an e-mail address.
  • The group contact person can enter or edit the group participants details at any time. The final list should be completed by 15 September 2009.
  • In order to benefit from the early registration rate application must be received by 30 April 2009.
  • To increase the number of group participants after an application has been submitted, the group contact person needs to sent the request for additional registrations to the congress secretariat at registration@idf.org.
